Meet Jeff Tobey
Leadership Style: Approachable, Trustworthy, Fair
Jeff is a proud husband and father of four children from high schoolers on down to toddler. He is heavily invested in public education as a parent volunteer and is committed for the long-term success of PUSD.
Having graduated in the top 1% of his class, Jeff continued on to ASU where he received his BA in Communications (Magna Cumme Laude) from the College of Human Services. He served as a Public Speaking Mentor and enjoyed utilizing his mediation skills in his professional capacity.
Lover of coffee, sushi, microbreweries, travel, and live music, Jeff hopes to bring a down-to-earth feel to the Board from a parent perspective who will actually have children impacted by the decisions of the Board.

Jeff's Involvement
With a background in public safety, Jeff has volunteered his free time to being the Safety Chairman at his place of worship and been an advisor for many others, promoting first-aid, Stop the Bleed, and tourniquet applications.
Jeff has also served as Treasurer for his local HOA, saving the residents money year-over-year while still contributing to reserve funding.
In his younger years, Jeff also was a Hebrew School teacher at his local Synagogue - leading 7th and 8th grade students through the Sacred Decisions curriculum.
